Over the course of her career, Stacey has supported multiple Cybersecurity firms, private companies, Fortune 500 companies, civilian federal agencies (as a contractor and as a federal employee), and Department of Defense (DoD) agencies in both classified and unclassified environments. These engagements ranged from integration testing, compliance assessments, audits, and risk assessments, to firewall assessments, incident response exercises, physical security assessments, and social engineering engagements. All of these experiences allowed Stacey to examine cybersecurity practices intimately across multiple industries and cultivate solutions that are not just “best” practices, but “better” practices enterprise-wide.

While working for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) office as an Information Systems Security Officer, Stacey focused her efforts on the management of law enforcement systems. These efforts included developing security requirements for mobile applications, cloud-computing environments, on-premises solutions, interconnected systems, and overseeing the security operations of third-party vendors. While working at ICE, Stacey spent time assisting the Child Exploitation Investigation Unit to identify offenders and victims of child exploitation.

As an experienced Cybersecurity business owner and executive, Stacey continues to help organizations understand the complexities of security and compliance and navigate their overall cyber landscape.
